A wireless internet camera system was ordered on 5/10/08. The package was received on 5/22/08 and when inspected, was missing the camera. The package contained 1 receiver and 2 power supplies, but no camera. I contacted Brickhouse Security the same day (5/22/08) by following their procedure of sending an email to rma@brickhousesecurity.com. A few days later, I was contacted via email & told there would be an investigation before they could give me a return authorization. I followed up with another email on 5/29/08 since I didn't hear anything back. On 6/2/08, I was contacted via email & told that there would be no refund since their investigation concluded that the package shipped did contain the camera. Not so. If they would have allowed me to return the camera, they would have been able to verify what I had told them. They obviously were not interested in doing the right thing. On 6/2/08, I contacted the issuing bank (BofA) and initiated a fraud complaint.
