Complaint Review: Brickyard Transmission

This statement is 1000% true and acurite! Im taken them to court soon over this just cuz they need to be taught you have to honor your word!!

Stay away from these people by all means. They will lie to you at every turn to kick the can down the road. I have visted 4 of there franchise loactions. At each location the story is the same. The employees are fustradeted and discusted with there partner manufacture Powertrain solutions in fairburn Ga . The concenses is that they have to do free work due to the failures of the transmissions being rebuilt out of that place. These shops only do removal and Install of the transmissions. They do not build a single one. From my own investigation these franchise shops try and sell other services more than there primary advertised service of transmission repair and service. These franchise employeees have told me that they recomend other transmission manufactures other than powertrain solutions and other places to get a transmision due to the horific issues they have with there work product.

I mean who would want to work over and over in some cases such as mine 4 times in and out the truck for poor workmanship each and every time. There is a  car rt now in the Griffin location a gm car thats been in the shop 3 weeks and 2 transmissions later and the car still wont go into drive. The shop is out of money each time it has to get the transmission programed not to mention the time it takes about 8 hours to do the job. Then theres the customer that has to be out tons of money and time. These shops are in a bad situation with powertrainsolutions. Run away far away dont give them any of your money unless you have nothing else to do with your time and money. You will be trapped in hell with these people. each time I got my truck back  it was not fixed properly and have been basicly usless for over a year. See you in court ..!!!
