Bridal Home Milano ripoff consumer rip-off fraud mis-sized dress returned but no refund Walnut California
In December 2002, ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. Received a mis-sized dress. Due to the time-frame, we returned the dress. After 15 calls, they will still not refund (or credit my credit card) me.
Now, when I call they hang-up on me and won't even talk to me once they hear what the call is about.
