Bridal Home Milano, ShopShop.com ordered 2 dresses paid for 2 dresses only received 1 dress ripoff fraudulent billing and a maid of honor with no dress Walnut California
On April 10, 2003 my wife ordered and paid for two bridesmaids dresses from this company and when she only received one dress she tried unsuccessfully to contact them by fax, phone, and email.
She spoke with two different individuals on different occasions who asked her was she sure she only received one dress and said they would look into it and contact her, but to this day she has not been contacted.When she emailed them the company sent a reply that they would contact her in 24 hours, but they never did.
Finally two weeks before the wedding (the wedding was May 24, 2003) we decided to attempt to take the charge off of her credit card; which was taken off pending investigation. But, when the credit card company investigated they were sent a copy of the shipping document; which incorrectly stated that she had received two dresses.
Because of this companies negligence my wife had to do a last minute search for a dress for her maid of honor.

Hi,
We have a company policy that more than 2 pcs if shipped require 2 signatures and verfication before shipping and was done.
I just became aware of this report today and i can send one dress with our complements at no charge to the customer
