Complaint Review: Bridaltown

Bridaltown ordered all gowns at wrong sizes then when gowns came in the seamtresses they have tried to fix the gowns and ruined them. The wedding is two weeks away and now we have to take our gowns to our family seamtress and hope that she can fix them. They're a mess and the bride is all upset and Bridaltown could care less. The whole staff is rude and all they wanted was their money. Their manager is a terrible person. People like that shouldn't have a business, especially dealing with Brides and their wedding group. They ruined our day.
