I ordered my bridesmaid's dresses through this company because each girl resides in a different state and Bridesave ships the dresses directly to any address given.

The first dress was ordered in January and the second was ordered a few days later. The last two were ordered by mid Feb. This should not have been a problem because we had 10 months until the wedding and Bridesave advertises that they do not make any dress until all of the bridesmaids have placed their orders. This is to ensure that the dresses are made from the same bolt of fabric so that they are the same shade of color.

By the time the last two dresses were ordered, the first had arrived in the hands of my sister. By June, no other dresses had arrived and I had not heard any word from bridesave.

When I called them, they informed me that the remaining dresses had not been made yet because my sister had not yet ordered her dress. I informed them that I had my sister's dress in my hand and that when I logged in, the website assured me that all of my bridesmaids had registered and ordered. They insisted that my sister (who had followed the links provided in the email bridesave had sent her) had ordered the dress, but had not registered as my bridesmaid.

They assured me that there was not a problem and the remaining dresses would be sent immediately and with the color requested (dark burgandy), there would be no difference in the shades of the last three dresses from the first.

The dresses arrived in their respective states quickly. It was not until 9/13 that I was able to see two of the dresses beside eachother. They are blatently different colors. All of the tags inside the dresses read "Dark Burgandy," but one is clearly more purple and the others more red. The colors clash horribly.

I called Bridesave and alerted them to the situation. They refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake, had incorrect information in my file, and would offer no refunds, exchanges, or future discounts (not that I would ever use their company again).

My wedding is in less than 6 weeks and I have girls wearing dresses that clash. They will be beside eachother during the ceremony and in all of the pictures (that cost $2,000.00) they will be an eyesore. This company has caused me more stress than any other aspect of my wedding planning. I have had nightmares for months about these dresses and the nightmares have come true.

This company has no system to alert the bride to issues with the dresses. Had I not called them about the three missing dresses, I would not have known that the dresses were not coming. They shifted the blame to me and had no explanation as to why, if she did not register as my bridesmaid, their system was telling me that she had. They imformed me that any issue with the dresses had to be addressed two business days from when the dress was delivered. How was I to know that they were totally different colors until I saw them together?!?

I will forever deter people from using this site. Weddings are too important to be left to the care of this unreliable company.
