This report is given to make people aware that Bridge Property Management does not care what goes on at each property. I lived at Montage Embry Hills Luxury Apartments. I was told by Paprice Kendall  to give a 60 day notice but was informed when I moved out that I broke my lease. I paid my rent on time and this is the thanks I get. The rent is unbelieveable high. These are the various things I had to endure. Fire alarms were constantly going off, cars and apartments were being broken into, prostitutin and drug raids occurred on any given day, the clear smell of marijuana. The day I moved out DEA and GBI officers stated they were going to exterminate the problems. I feared for my life and was glad I was moving out.

Paprice Kendall is the manager of the property. She told me that all I had to do was give a 60 day notice. I gave my notice but she had an assistant manager to come back days later and state that I had broken my lease and that I had to pay the rent. Well this was a shocker.I had no clue. I tried to reason with Paprice but she ignored my emails and phone calls. I know for a fact that she let other tenants move out with a 30 day notice. the lady with the wolf dog, the young lady that worked out with Paprice and numerous other people.

Bridge Property Management cares about obtaining money from upstanding law abiding citizens in an unscrupulous manner. To lie and cheat individuals who pay their rent on time and not cause any problems for the community is not worthy of the loyalty of true residents. I hope someone reads this report and contacts the media. Mayor Reed should be informed about this crime infested place.
