I purchased a product from Bridgecom a radio BCH-270 as a gift never opened the item, called to return it and was told Sorry we don’t take returns. No ware on the web site or in the receipt dose it states any return policy. And when asked who the owner was, I was told it was none of my business. And hung up the phone.  All I want is a refund on a return.

BYER BEWAIR!!  COMPANY UNFRIENDLY TO WORK WITH!!! WON” T TAKE A NON OPENED RETURN! RECEIVED LESS THAN A WEEK AGO……………
