Bridgevine, INC Would Not Issue credit to charge card when order was canceled, gave wrong information about Comcast specials, and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Vero Beach, Florida
Responded to an email because I had searched for internet and tv packages to switch my provider- talked to rep who was obviously reading a script but went ahead and placed an order for a modem- then called Comcast and gave order # and price quoted and was told information was wrong and gave me the name of the company- Bridgevine- and said I had to deal with them. Immediately called back and tried to cancel the order and was given unbelievable run around so I asked to speak with a supervisor. Flat out refused me and then disconnected me- I emailed the order I received back and told them to cancel and send me the cancelation- which they did but the amount did not show a minus sign in front of the amount- Credit card was charged the next morning and no credit appeared.

I just checked my credit card and the refund posted this morning right after I received an email from the person at Bridgevine so reading through prior posts and comments was extremely helpful and the person offering the assistance from the company did in fact solve my issue-lesson learned though!

I emailed a company representative that had posted to other complaints about Bridgevine offering assistance and he emailed me back the next morning and referred my complaint to someone who would review the tape and research the wrong information. She also emailed me and told me the credit had been processed and would appear soon on my credit card and she would look into the other issue of the wrong information so I will update when I get the credit but it was something!
