Complaint Review: Bridgevine

Bridgevine service not installed - devices returned - no refund . .Nationwide

1. installation cancelled by provider - that's what the order status said but they don't send email, so I have no idea

2. they don't return the installation fee, or the 1st month fee

3. I returned the devices, but no confirmation that I returned the devices surprise - no refund on the device fee too!

I have file complaint to my credit card about them

however, I got some of the employee cell phone number
