On December 6 2007, I placed an order for a $60 G-star hat from brigadeshop.com, that said on the website next to my item that there were 3 available, recieved a confirmation reciept and shipping info.

December 12 2007, recieved the package. The contents of the package where not what I ordered. I was sent a beenie style hat valued at $45, not the fedora style that I ordered.

No big deal, I emailed them to let them know, and recieved a call from the owner of the shop named Justin. He was very kind and informed me that the hat was not in stock, and that on accident he sent me the beenie. He said that he would track down the hat I ordered, and send it out, along with a return envelope, to send the beenie back to him.

December 12 2007, Shop owner Justin emails me informing me that he ordered my hat, and will have it send directly to me, and appologized for the confusion.

December 18 2007, still no hat, or email letting me know whats going on. By this point, I have 3 emails in to Justin, asking when to expect my order, or to give me tracking information of some sort. No response to any of my emails.

December 19, Justin emails me saying that hat was due in this week, and he will give me an update this morning.

December 26, still no update as promised, So I email Justin asking what is going on.

December 27, I email again asking for an update. No response.

December 28 I email again asking for a REFUND.. No response still

January 3 2008, still without any response since December 19, I call and leave message asking a call back. Still no response so I gave up and decided to take action by using this website and others like it.





To sum things up, I ordered and paid for a hat, yet recieved something different that I would never wear, that isnt even the same value as the original item I purchase. So basically I paid more money than advertised, for a hat I dont want, and cant get a response or refund to save my life.
