Briggs & Baker debt settlement consumer fraud ripoff Valencia California
This company has failed to provide the service they promised. They also are failing to provide a refund/return of all monies paid to them. For nearly two years payments were being made to them as agreed upon.
After recently being contacted by an attorney for one of the credit card companies informing me that I was being sued, I contacted Briggs & Baker. They informed me that there was nothing they could do since the Attorney was not willing to work with them and that I would have to work it out on my own.
I have been working with the Better Business Bureau with not much success. The company still refuses to return the money paid to them over the last 2 years which totals a little over $900.00
Stay away from these charlatans. I'll keep you psoted on any new developments.
