Bright House Networks is literally the WORST company I've EVER dealt with! Their employees are incompetent and frankly, STUPID! Had an appt today, 1/25/14 from 1-4:00 and they were to call first…..cable guy arrives 11am (NO CALL, AS ALWAYS!) with a 'Don't Give a CRAP' attitude…. Swaps out my main cable box, leaves, sits in the road in front of my home for 45 minutes…. The NEW cable box now does not work EITHER so I call BHN back and get STEVEN, the Orlando CS Supervisor (which is completely inconceivable to me!) and he tells me, "Sorry, but you'll have to schedule an appt for repair on another day!" Steven is entirely incapable of understanding that I'm IN my allotted appt time and my cable is STILL not working…. They don't deserve to even BE in business!

I hope STEVEN begins practicing asking: "Would you like to Super-Size that burger meal?" because he is nowhere NEAR any type of supervisor we'd EVER employ in our businesses! If we provided 'service' like BHN or Steven provides, we'd be living under a bridge and out of business!
