Ordered a tree from Brighter Blooms. Tree arrived in horrible shape. Tops of tree branches were dead. 3/4 of its leaves were dropped and brittle dry. Tried to return tree 3 times, each time they told me tree will recover. The last time they told me tree will have bounced back to full health by next spring, 8 months from now. I said I had no interest babying a tree for 8 months to see if it recovers. They said for 25% restocking fee plus returning it was on my dime. Will never be a return customer.
