Brillant Earth Faulty Workmanship, Diamond Fell Out Less Than Six Months, They Will Not Discuss Internet

we spent over $25,000 on a diamond, a platinum diamond encrusted wedding band and setting from brilliant earth

not even 6 months of receiving and wearing the ring my 2ct diamond fell out and is lost

when discussing with brilliant earth, they insisted there was nothing they could do as i am out of their 90 day warranty.  i told them, it's been less than 6 months, and is the fault of their workmanship,  please evaluate their prongs and will know it is a manufacture defect. 

they declined and insisted I was out of their warranty, nothing could be done. 

I left bad reviews and a week or so later brilliant earth contacted me, portraying (supposed) empathy,  asked me to rethink my reviews if something could be made right, for me to send my setting in for evaluation, and they sent me a prepaid fedex label. a few hours after fedex scanned the label, brilliant earth emailed me and apologized stating they could not do anything for me regarding my lost stone, and attached their genetic warranty link. 

she duped me into sending my band back to their facility, under the impression brilliant earth would evaluate their setting,  however, before even receiving and evaluating, she emailed me with a pathetic apology and generic link. 

they're not taking accountability for their workmanship, have completely stopped conversing with me, as of current, still has my band, and have been reporting my reviews on yelp having my review removed.  

 I want to help protect anyone else from the heartache I feel, the large amount of money loss, the time and headache their customer service has caused me and my family.
