I too went to one of the $99 seminars. I would have purchased a package but something didn't feel right. I waited a couple of weeks, called and asked for references from people that had purchased the products - "we dont' give out that information".
I offered to give them my email and/or phone so someone could call. I only received a call from them telling me that I "seemed like a go getter" and "let me show you how you can use your credit card to make you money". I didn't lose much but I want to get my $99 + a month of service back from them and I'll help anyone that needs it to prosecute.

I was able to grab the attention of Avalon (Bring it home/epenzio/etc) by getting on their site and going through the personalized chat. Nick at Avalon defended any reports from ripoffreport as (paraphrased) 'usually people that thought they could just buy a package and not do much of anything else'. I told him my problems/opinions about the one sided nature of the company and he assures me that he will provide valid customer references from my general area. My suggestion is to pin someone on the chat, get a number and call them immediately. We'll see what gets resolved.
