Complaint Review: Briny view llc

I leased property on May 1, 2015 end briny view LLC with owner Mike Kvachuk has not made any repairs including reflooding and raw sewage in the bathroom. My rent is paid up to date and actually months in advance and so I finally called the code inspector and made a formal complaint. 

 After the complaint was made he started harassing me calling me names and saying vicious threats making me concerned for my safety! Also said he was going to evict me and that I was a dirty l*****n who shouldn't live there anyway! I will be pursuing a civil suit but beware of this guy he owns many properties under many different names. Look him up on sunbiz.org so you don't get swindled!
