I have a copy of the original charge paid on my credit card which was over one year ago, this account has been closed and no further purchases have been made. Internet
It appears that a skin care company named VSO skin care (Brio), has sold all there closed accounts to a collection agency who is attempting to collect on past due accounts that have been paid in full and closed over a year ago. I've had the worst customer service with this company,. I think that there is only one person running this company, I always get the same operator, and no one returns my calls. It's a very shady business. I hope that they are shut done to prevent other people from this scam.
