Brio day and night serum Was free trail only pay shipping and receiving than cancelled and sent next month called them and they said oh sorry didn't see u cancelled. Asked iwhat address to send product back and they said don't send back was our fault. I cancelled transaction w my bank. Now months later I get this notice. Sherman Oaks California
They advertised free trial pay s/r only. I got product didn't like it so I called and cancelled next order they went ahead and shipped it out and charged card. I called they and they said our mistake u did cancel order. I asked they where to send product back too and they said don't it was our mistake. I than called my bank and disbuted charges and about 2 weeks later charges were reversed. Now months later get this collections notice. No I am not a happy person. Bad business .
