A $79.99 charge was made to my account by this Brisbane that I didn't Authurization or knowledge of ,and would like it investagated.

How were you charged, is it on your credit card or your bank statement? If it is contact your credit card company or your bank and have them look into it for you.
I work for a credit union and I handle all of the fraudlent charges people have on there accounts and I have dealt with this particular company three times in the last month.
If you are having trouble trying to figure out who the charge is from I can tell you that it has something to do with the Paris Hilton sex tape website and or porn in general. If you look around on the internet you should be able to find a phone number to contact them by just doing a search and typing datesnow pty ltd in your search engine. Your bank will insist on you trying to contact them yourself before they will act on your behalf.
I hope this helps, I was able to get all of the people affected by this charge at my credit union there money back!
