 Every since this company has been brought out by the new owners Jackie and Andy Andres, it has become a company that i wouldn't recommend to a dog. They treat their customers like scum. I had been deal with B & B for over 13 years. I never received a formal letter letting me know of the change or the dramatic increase in prices. I paid for a 3 year maintenance agreement only to find out the price had doubled. I wanted to give the new company a fair chance. I was sold a new system that breaks down every other week. Every time they send a technician to my property, its always someone new that has no idea how to even install.batteries on my thermostat. The guys they had do my install came to my property drunk. They actually has beer in their coffee mug that wasted on my floor and left there. I was verbally insut by Jackie. They charge my credit card twicw in the amount of $4600 without my consent. I was told that i was low class and that they wouldn't want me as a customer. I had my wife call and spoke to Karen who is the only one in their company that tried to calm the situation, Long story short, I have hired an attorney and discovered that we're not.the online ones that this has happened to. No one should ever have to be put thru this type of mental anguish. Please do not use this company.

I would first like to thank potential customers that are researching Brisk Air to possibly do business with. It was very sad for my wife and I to have found out about this report shortly after Karen the self-proclaimed "only person that tried to calm down the situation" was let go from Brisk Air with a Heavy Heart. There was even a rip-off report written to our personal names which I feel is something that rip-off report should not post as a respectable complaint.

Being in business is tough. You believe in employees. You motivate them. You invest in them. You open yourself to the employees to see your vision, hoping that would inspire them. You invite the employees to get involved in the exciting time of business growth and development. Show them that they can be a part of something and have a key role in building something great. Feel appreciated and find a success that maybe they never had the opportunity to find before because no one truly believed or empowered them to do so.  You work yourself to death choosing the company over family so that every person, employees and customers alike can see your passion, dedication, and will to do what’s right even when it hurts.

Our actions always speak louder than our words. Karen did a lot of Damage. She was a part of our asset purchase agreement. We enjoyed her personality. She was always able to make us laugh while it felt like we were going through hell. The transition was executed poorly and My wife and I were Basically hung out to dry when we purchased B&B Air Conditioning. We are good, honest people that have a vision of building a company that customers can trust, and where employees can feel appreciated and provide for their families through Exceptional Customer Service, and The Highest Standard of Quality work. But, no matter how pure our hearts are, or our motives, we have learned that we can’t please everybody and we can’t allow ourselves to be taken advantage of. 

We have also learned that the amount of energy people put in to see someone fail, if that energy was used to see themselves succeed they would find the success they are so jealous of other people having. We are all imperfect people, it is just sad to see when people can’t control their emotions and retaliate out of hatred with hopes of hurting every person, their family, and customers involved in an organization. We made decision to lay someone off that was hurting everyone involved in the business. After the layoff I was accused of sexual harassment by Karen W. I have text messages proving those accusations. Horrible attacks on my wife via text message, which include most of what was written on the rip off report titled to our personal names, are also on record. As well as text messages asking for my forgiveness, which was given. Which followed to an invitation to a house warming party. Which I respectfully declined. The ripe-off report is completely false.

Our number one priority is our Customers. Having customers that appreciate our willingness to go the extra mile and make things right. We are in a cut throat industry with hopes of standing out amongst the crowd by being A Company You Can Trust.
