Complaint Review: Bristol West

My sister got into an accident with a lady who rear ended her car while she was stopped at a red. She has gotten an estimate and went to her insurance company. Her claims adjuster is rude and has not done anything for the last month.

They gave my sister to the ladies insurance and told her to contact them. In the two months duration, bristol west had not contacted the other ladies insurance. It's worth paying higher insurance rates so you do not have such a crappy and rude company. Best words of advice-pay 100 extra a month-do not go with this company. Rude employees and horrible customer service.
