Complaint Review: Brit Le' Brand Farms

Smarty was around 23 quarter horse, was a copper chestnutt with big white blaze and 2 whites, 1 and 1/2 blue eyes and about 14.2 hands tall used to be built like a tank......Velvet was 25 and a Qtr/Appy/Arab. cross, was same hight only more slender....dark chestnutt with a star and snip and her entire body was covered in white speckels....like appy spots almost....Buddy was 30ish, was a shetland pony who was a chocolate palamino with dappled alover his entire body, blonde main and tail, 2 bowed tendons on the front legs...he has a smeared star on his forhead and a weird spot on his shoulder where he was injured 15 years ago.....if you know these horses E_MAIL me asap PLEASE....if you can help me get buddy back please e-mail me...amanda.custer@hotmail.com or call 814-786-8225

i didnt sell her my horses, i donated them to an autistic ridding program that didnt exist.....not only was that the firse contract breaker, she didnt keep my informed nor did she return any of my hundreds of thousands of phone calls...oh wait i forgot she says i didnt call...welp in any case i do have rites to that pony, we had a verbal agreement that they were going to be used for autistic children in her program that i would be updated regulary and that i could go see them whenever i wanted......draw your own conclusions...i dont care who you beleave or whos side your on, i know what happened and i am on my ponies side !!!

I assume that by 'hardships' you meant that you SOLD your horses to this person.
That means that they belong to someone else now. You have NO say in who rides them or where they go. You no longer have the right to request daily updates or visits. If for some reason, this person has changed thier minds about what they verbally agreed to, you have no legal recourse. What's done is done.

i am in search of my 2 mares and 1 pony that i gave to britney sturtz, i attempted several times to get a hold of her to see them but she wouldnt answer calls or anything....i want to know that my childhood friends are okay, i had them for 24 years and hardships forced me to find what i thought was a good home, now i find rip off reports and everything else on her and her farm...please help me !! maybe there is a happy ending and she did good by them ?

Why in the world would you post such lies about Brit Le\' Brand Farms or myself? You haven\'t emailed or called my cell phone. If you wanted an updated on them why didn\'t you email me at rocnchoclatediesel@yahoo.com or call? The Rip off report is a bunch of lies as prooved,as is everything else posted on my name, but I\'m not going into that. I\'m very uspet to think I took these horses in got them health, happy and fat and you state that I stole them. You signed ownership over to me completely, I have the document. If you wanted an update you should of notified me instead of putting this ad of lies. Thanks

Amanda ~ I\'m shocked to see your slanderous ad stating that I stole your horses! Which you know is not true. You Amanda, brought the horses and pony to my farm and clearly signed them over to me and put them in my care. I have the signed document by yourself in my possession. The horses that you brought to my farm Velvet and Smarty were in very poor condition as you know when you brought them. Which we spoke about that when you brought and delivered the horses to the farm yourself. From the point that you brought them I did everything that I possibly could, special grains, supplements, vitamins and an extra amount of love from myself and my family; loved them dearly. And we are all appaulded that you would claim anything otherwise.

Unfortunately due to their poor health problems Velvet and Smarty have passed away. This was very sad and heart breaking for myself and family. Buddy with his issues of previously being foundered with horrible constricted tendons, is doing good. We would love to send you a picture of him, but will do so only if these lies and slanderous material is removed by yourself. The ripoff report that your speaking about is a site for disgruntaled people that have tried to get away with certain issues. 1. Reportedly killed one of Brit Le\' Brand Farms own horses while on a 6 month lease, horse is missing to date. 2.Two people not following there legal notorized contracts and Brit Le\' Brand Farms follows t 3. One person wanted a contract signed by us

My legal advisor is in the process of taking care of all false negative documented information. We are proceeding along with finding our missing horse and following the new found information of one of our horses being surgically altered with out our permission. Our horses are our first priority and receive the best care possible. Brit Le\' Brand Farms will not stand for slander at any degree. If this false negative ad is not removed promptly, we will further all this on to our legal advisor also. We have all documentation regarding Velvet, Smarty and Buddy on file and recorded. Brit Le\' Brand Farms has done nothing, were advised not to respond to this rag trash, ripoff report. We would love to correspond with you once this is all cleared up


So, now i dont know what to beleave, dont know if my horses did in fact pass away or did she sell them and just telling me......why would she use my pony like that to take my adds down ? i dont know what to do now, i e-mailed her back though....this is what i said :

i never said any lie i said i tried for about 6 mo to call you and got nothing....you were to keep in touch with me like we agreed on, and as for buddy, he never foundered, he bowed his tendons in both front legs and was treated by a vet several times for it. my mother and i will be up to check on his welfare like agreed upon when they were left. do you know what it is like to wonder about someone you knew all your life...not something, b/c those horses were my family, my best friends, and my everything for 23 years of my life.....then they got sick and you said you would Keep in touch and didnt...do you have any idea how hard i have been looking, how often i called......do you care at all ? if you do then you wont fight with me and you will do whats rite and let us see him for ourselvs.....if you infact had to put down my mares or they passed then you must have vet records or sum proof that you didnt sell them. we can be civil about this and not have to have it get nasty, all i care about is the wellfare of my horses, thats all that i have ever cared about.....why do you think i paied the 400 it costed to get them to you? it costed you nothing. please do whats rite and let me see my best friend again.
