Complaint Review: Brite Vacation Club - Star Vacation Club - TSN Vacation Club

We attended a presentation on a Saturday in October in Gilbert, Arizona, and were promised a "free" trip to Las Vegas, with air fare included. We made the mistake of purchasing their "vacation club" with the understanding that we had a three-day cancellation option. They were closed on Sunday and Monday, so on Tuesday, I drove to their suite, only to find all furniture removed, phone gone, etc. I called the company only to be informed that all Arizona offices had closed the night of our presentation. I had to mail a certified letter to them the next day, which I did. We also had to mail back a three-ring binder, or be charged $275. We have filed paperwork with our credit card company, but Brite Vacations hasn't yet refunded our money. They change names constantly. Our "free" vacation to Las Vegas would cost us a total of $385 if we chose to take it. No chance! Do not do business with these people.
