Arthur Nisson is back at ripping the public off...

British Motor Services is a scam repair service that gets your beautiful classic car into their shop for repairs. The company never gives a detailed break-down of your vehicle for repair(s). 

Arthur and his brother (an Attorney) rely on consumers not knowing the law... thereby, concealing the facts of what's to come. The sophisticated brothers know how to steal your property, put it into a irrevocable trust which is never disclosed to the real owner of personal property. 

They will have Bob (Manager) to call and harass consumer for additional money for repairs; however, the additional repairs are never disclosed or agreed to. When you bring the Company into Court... Art (Arthur) will lie about not having paperwork and allege that the three year statutes of limitation protects him from prosecution.

Meanwhile, Art has lied to the Consumer all along about the repairs. Art will state that, "We are waiting for the parts from Europe, it takes some time... please be patient." However, what Arthur is doing is burning the Consumers Statutes of Limitation to bring a lawful suit against him and his company. This is the most sophisticated "White Collar" scam that I have studied and witnessed close-up. All my personal property was stolen, along with $6000 U.S. Dollars. I bet Arthur did not report it to the Taxing Authority.

British Motor Services stole my 1965 Sunbeam Alphine Engine to my late Mother's vehicle, 1968 MGB-GT Vehicle which has been hidden from me since Arthur accepted my vehicle, and an additional Engine that he claims belonged to him (Arthur).

If you have been slammed by this Company... It's  time to report this to the U.S. Attorney General for Criminal Prosecution. I am not going to stop until I get Justice!

2014

The company British Motor Service INc. appears to be a nice little service repair company that you can take your Classic Car to for repairs. Think again, the President (CEO) has engaged into some serious misappropriation of funds that were intended for repairs. The company is growing in numerous complaints that appear to be well crafted around fraud, concealment of evidence and conversion of property. 

Make sure that you are checking your Estimates, because he will recreate invoice(s) with his manager Bob. Between the two of the parties, they both play a very important role in the theft of a car that they may be interested in stealing from customers. 

Art has a younger brother that is an attorney that backs the corporations activity, make sure you check your paperwork very closely, because there is clear evidence of crookery within their intents. I have a friend that paid the full repair bill in advance, they stole her vehicle amongst other things and she has to fight to get it back even when the Bureau of Automotive stated for the records, "The Company is in Violation."
