BRIVIA Comm LLC AKA MGR SOLUTIONS Used last 4 digits of my soc. sec. # and said I failed to pay a $6000 Visa to BofA. They wanted the money now. I said I never had a BofA acct. They said my soc. sec. num. proved it, and slammed phon Houston/State Line NV, Texas
I received a phone call this afternoon at4:34PM. A recording stated, " we are seeking Sue Juarez" "If this is Sue Juarez, please press 1". So, I pressed 1. Then, a female answered the phone, and said "may I help you?" I stated that I was responding to a call from her company. At first she seemed to be confused. Then, she said are you, and stated the last 4 digits of my social cecurity number. I did not know what she was talking about, and said, "what?" She again repeated the last four numbers of my social security number, and I said, "What are you talking about?" She said. "isn't that You?" By that time she had me really confused. Then she said "you have a visa card with Bank of America." I told her that I did not have a visa card with Bank of America. She said, "well you were making payments on it, but you quit, and you owe $6000 on it." We want the money. I told her that I did not have a visa card now with Bank of America, nor had I ever had a Visa Card with Bank of America, and I certainly did not owe them or any one else $6000. Nor did I intend paying them the money. She said isn't that the last 4 digits of your social security number? I said yes. She said that is your bill. You owe it, and you had better pay. And, slammed the phone down. I did follow up, by checking this company out on the internet, and it seems they have attempted different scams with different people, in different States.
