Broadbandoffers.com, Rebate Offer For Charter Mysterious confirmation number needed...which nobody can find Wixom Michigan
Add me to the growing list of individuals scammed by the rebate offer through a cable provider. $150.00 in rebates for the bundled service (phone, internet, cable). After tracking down the forms from Charters parter- broadbandoffers.com I found out that they will NOT process your rebate unless you have a confirmation number. Here's the problem. Charter doesn't provide this number nor do they have it. They provide an order number and customer number. Broadbandoffers.com claims they sent me an email confirmation with said number. Never happened. No rebate for you!
