Broadbandoffers.com rebate ripoff They claim that they never received my rebate forms consequently no rebate Douglas-Wixom Arizona
I signed up for Charter high speed internet through Broadband.com. I was promised a $69.95 rebate for the modem from Broadbandoffers.com based in Douglas, Az. I was also promised a $20.00 rebate from them out of Wixom, MI. I have sent all the demanded documents to them approximately two months ago. In checking with them for my rebate status, they claim that they have not received any thing from me. But, when going online and doing some checking, they have many, many excuses as to why they refuse to honor their commitment to the customer. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing their charges.
