broadbandoffers stole my money and i recieved no product bridgeport New Jersey

 on october 7th,2013 broadbandoffers deducted 100.90 from my account for a modum and to this day it has not arrived, ups reports it was undeliverable due to vacant residence yet i live here. they returned the product to broadbandoffers and was delivered to them october 14,2013. i have tried to contact them to cancel the order and get my money back with no pravail.and disputing the charges, and no longer want the merchandise as i went out and purchased one due to my cable turned on 2 weeks ago. this company does not seem to care that they did me wrong nor responds that they intend on giving me my money back.
