Complaint Review: Broadmoore Furniture

We purchased Broadmoore furniture from COSTCO in West Springfield, MA.  All pieces except one were in fine condition.  The dresser was $580 and came with one of the feet broken.  The broken foot meant that the actual legs could not be screwed in place.  As this was the last piece COSTCO could not replace the dresser and directed us to Broadmoore (which seems to be related to Samson International - from the website).  Our calls and emails to the company have essentially gone unanswered.  When we can talk to a customer service representative they pass the buck.  Finally they indicated that we would get a replacement delivered, but the date for the call to arrange this has come and gone.
