This very unprofessional company called Broadview Networks has provided the poorest customer services in the history of customer services. I have been in business forever and I've never seen the charges that this company is charging. These over charges of sales and used tax are unacceptable. They charge us for an early termination fees for 1180 dollars, even though we didn't terminate the services. This has been the worst 14 months of customer services in years. We have followed the protocols in getting rectifies and no has done their job. They are trying to Strong Arm us in paying what is not right.... Please Note that these people are the Worst!!!!!!!!!!! The absolute Worst!!!!!!
