Complaint Review: BROADVOICE

I signed up with this company for phone service, fist day I noticed that some people could not reach me on the phone number they gave me, so I tried to find out why, I emailed and called their customer support for three days, and then they emailed me a send me a list of my incomming calls and told me in a nasty way that it looks like to them that I was getting incomming calls, but I was, I email them the numbers of people who could not call me, no answers, then after I kept emailing them asking to explain why they cut off my phone and said I breached there TOS agreement. I started using their servie on Tuesday and Friday they cut off my servie, after charging my credit card for signing up, So I checked them out with the BBB and guess what, lots of complaints for the same thing they did to me, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ULESS YOU WANT TROUBLE
