How this place stays in business is beyond me. Thousands of complaints, rude, unprofessional, dishonest and out and out liars.
These are so called religious people who are breaking commandments by being dishonest and the worst bait and switch around.
I found them to be the lowest price for a camcorder, was said it was in stock and ordered it. Within a few days I get an email to call them.
Upon calling them, they try to sell me all these accesories that I do not want or need. They lie and tell me the battery it comes with is a 5 minute battery and I will need another one. They quote a ridiculous price and then try to sell overpriced flash cards, camera cases and batteries. Like I am stupid and do not know I can get better quality stuff through Ebay or other stores for a quarter of the price.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE OTHER NAMES THEY GO BY TOO. THEY OPERATE OUT OF A DUMP IN N.Y.
THEY ARE VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE and HOW THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN IS AMAZING. N.Y. get your act together and SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN.
