Complaint Review: Brogame

Ordered powerleveling for a child with arthritis so he could play with siblings and friends. The order should have taken only a few days. After the first 48 hours I logged in to check the report and it was 50% done. The first powerlevel should have taken 36 hours. I logged into their livechat session and the person stated they were still powerleveling but did not know exactly as what spot. Contacted them 4 days later to still have no update. I then started to look for other complaints and found there are numerous people who have been ripped off by them. Either by not delivering gold, no powerlevels, some who even had their accounts gutted by them. Very sad company. After the 5th day I logged back into the account and it was still level one with nothing at all completed. :(
