Complaint Review: Brogame

So i used brogame.com to level my character in world of warcraft. The same day i hired them for the job the same day my character got banned for 72 hours. WHen i talked to live chat they said they had nothing to do with it. I guess my character logged on by himself and got banned by himself.

When my character was finally unbanned I logged on only to find 2500g missing from my account. I immediately went to live chat and told them the situation. The people of live chat have no clue what they are doing and how to solve issues like this one. Of course they deny any wrong doing and say none of it happend. I guess my 2500g just got up and walked away on its own.

For about 2 weeks now my emails and live chat support has been ignored. I've had to file with paypal claims to get my refund and it's still in the works. I told Brogame live chat that if they do not refund my money and give me the 2500g back i will continue to file claims and continue to chat on live chat till they do. I will be the biggest pain in their butt till i get my stuff back.

These people are scam artist do not go through them! You will regret it in the end. My only hope is that these people are stopped do not give them anymore business. They will take advantage of you just like they did me.
