BrokenPrinter Christopher Coles Bogus Claim of Customer Service (Non-Existent) Internet
I purchased an HP fuser film sleeve from BrokenPrinter @ $17.95. The item is manufactured in China. The same item is avaiable on eBay and Amazon for $8 without tiny heat grease you can purchase at any computer/hardware store for a marginal price.
The instructions Broken Printer has put on YouTube are not entirely clear on how to reassemble a clip and a couple of plastic pieces that fall out during instllation.

I have emailed them and left a voice mail. A response would not take more than 30 seconds for a vendor who sells somethng more than double the price of other sellers. Yet I have not received any replies and am sitting on a printer I can not use.
Save yourself some money and hassle. Do not buy from this one man operation with horrible customer service.
