Complaint Review: brokenprinter.com

It seems this ripoff compagny is still (or again) active on internet.

I ordered some parts to repair my printer and payed via Paypal.  After one month still nothing received, so I tried to contact the compagny via their website.  I got ZERO reaction on different messages and started to worry.

Searching the internet I found RipoffReport and found simular complaints. 

So, I started a dispute via Paypal.
One day later I got a full refund without any comment or reply from the compagny.

I wish I knew RipoffReport before.
