There was an individual who had found my company through an employee of his. Long story short... Greg Flowers joined my Organization, and attempted to operate in an illegal fashion. Once confronted about this, he requested a full refund.

We had caught him trying to operate ILLEGALLY and he had the NERVE to ask for his money back. I am not about to REWARD someone for doing this. It is this company's licensing on the line and there are hardly ANY reprocussions to him if he was to operate under his own rules and regulations.

I posted this on Broker Outpost to have 127 people read the posting and 16 comments on it. A day later it was removed with PREJUDICE!!!! The only determining factor to this removal would be that Darin Ferraro (or one of his underlings) and Greg Flowers (or someone in his organization) got my account removed completely and all of my postings have been removed accordingly.

POINT IS THEY MUST KNOW ONE ANOTHER IN SOME FASHION!!!

I had contacted Darin in the past and he explained that he wouldn't remove the postings, that I could simply respond to any postings if they were derrogatory in nature. Blogs can be an issue, most people do not have the scruples to post only facts!!!!

I e-mailed Darin to have my account re-activated and an explanation of the events that lead up to my removal, but to no avail, he HASN'T RESPONDED!!!

So if you think you are going to get a word in edge-wise on OUTPOST, think again unless you are in Darin's clique.

Maybe RESPA and all Banking Institutions should take notice of how Greg Flowers operates and mimic him... At that point there would be NO mortgage brokers of the world. He is the Cancer that is eating away at this industry.

Rebuttal to PACDEX claim against Greg Flowers

#4REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sometimes it surprises you how far people will go to cover up their own wrongdoing. After being in the finance business for 25 years I guess I should be less surprised. Case in point is why a VENDER (not a customer) by the name of PACDEX went so far as to post 3 rambling jabs at my former companys reputation and say we were an unlicensed firm. First Net Mortgage was a registered California Department of Real Estate firm in business for 8 years (2000-2008).

One of my many jobs as CEO and broker of record were to manage and maintain licensing compliance of 125 loan originators and 13 branches. There is NO WAY we could operate in California for 8 years without proper licensing by the State of California. All branches were registered with the DRE and all originators were licensed with the DRE. The Las Vegas branch was registered with the State of Nevada and the Mortgage Lending Division. Unfortunately at this time the DRE has erased all the branch licenses we held off their website, but I am sure anyone could order historical records to prove this fact.

ANYONE who questions this please go to the California Department of Real Estate website (www.dre.ca.gov) and put in First Net Mortgage as a search. What can be seen is that we existed, but more so that there is not one blemish, not one complaint on our DRE license (No DISIPLAINARY ACTION and NO COMMENTS). Between 2000- and 2008 my firm originated tens of thousands of mortgages with not one complaint! If we were as fraudulent a firm as PACDEX claims why are there no DRE complaints? How could we operate for 8 years without proper licensing? We simply could not thats how. Also, why would a VENDOR (not a client) go so far to slander us publicly?

PACDEX ripped my company off for $3,500 in a licensing fee and once I found out (on Rip Off Report oddly enough) how fraudulent they were I asked for my money back. Insult to injury they slammed my firm with bogus claims. I am not the only one though.  Search PACDEX on www.ripoffreport.com. Other brokers suffered similar fates.

If you have any question or want proof of my claims please call me (831) 426 0294.

My name is Greg Flowers. I have a report on your system for fraud referencing opening multiple offices under one license. This report is not accurate legally, ethically or otherwise. The company known as First Net Mortgage has been closed, as have 75% of all mortgage brokerages since 8/2007. The reason I am sending this to you is simply to clear erroneous information off the internet. If anyone should be filing a report it should be me against the company Pacdex.

First Net Mortgage was a very successful company from its inception in 2000 until 5/2008. We had 13 offices in 2 states. The state of California and Nevada requires us to have each branch licensed through the Department of Real Estate. We were 100% in compliance with no complaints on our DRE record as a company or me as an individual. In a last ditch effort to save the company I contacted Pacdex to see if my Las Vegas branch could get licensed in all 50 states. PACDEX said we could license the branch very simply with some paper work and a check for $3,500. I sent in the notarized paper work and a bank draft of the funds. Three days later I was notified by Pacdex that they could not license the Las Vegas branch to more than only Las Vegas itself (which we already had a branch license and a physical location for 3 years). I asked for my money back and they refused. After several angry verbal exchanges they then slandered my company on the internet. A year and half later it is still there.

I am no longer in the mortgage business, but this slander is following my name. I spent 17 years in the mortgage business and helped thousands of people finance their homes. I grew a company that I was very proud of and left the mortgage business with my head held high. The proof of my integrity is below, not one blemish on my or my company's DRE record. PACDEX multiple rip off's say otherwise. Let the records speak for themselves:
