I am owed for 2 recent Broker Price Opinions performed by myself for this company. Additionally, they owe me money from a settlement lawsuit that I have not been paid for. They sporadically pay, after changing their name to First Valuation. Beware!! They claim that they pay after 3 months. Do not believe them!
