Complaint Review: Broker Universe

Brokeruniverse.com is a great concept for a website, or so I thought until I had the unfortunate experience of actually paying them to work to better my listings and business. They have proved to be a scam company. I thought after perusing their website that they might actually do good for my business, little did I know how wrong I would be in that assumption. They took my money and three days later still had not listed my company ad. When I requested a refund on the basis that they had carried through with their end of the deal, they gave me the runaround and I am now in the process of starting to take them to a court of law for remuneration. Hopefully others will learn from my cautionary tale not to do business with new companies without thoroughly investigating them. I hope at least one person can be saved in the future from these vulture websites like brokeruniverse.com.

My advise for anyone looking for real exposure is to stick to the known vendors and not this horrible website - brokeruniverse.com.
