You chose the marketing areas and define the quality and type of loans you are interested in.
Tip-offs of fraud: They accept advance checks only. Credit card payment leaves a tracable seller of the product, and is sought by credit card provider when fraud is reported.
They fax previouly used templates for examples of marketing letters. tip: there is no fax header information on their faxes.
Their website is basic 'bs' with no details as to you built the site or contact information that goes anyplace real.
Their office phone is answered by a voicemail only.
Several different phone numbers show when call I D but only one office number actually answers into a lagitament voicemail box.
No return calls. And their email address is 'hotmail.com' which are cheap, and easy to replace over and over.
They offer referral contacts to call as happy customers who will lie for them.
Then the stall begins untill your check clears. Then bogus emails arrive saying the server has a virus and they attach a huge worthless list of names in bulk excell format taken from common lists of folks in your desired market area. I assume they will claim this to be what was offered in the first place.
Still nobody will return a call.
That's where I am now, except another broker called me after he 'bit' to check my experience. My number was sent to him on that 'template mailer' that I submitted only a week earlier.
He is getting the same treatment. Don't be next. good luck.
