Okay listen here, I used to work for dialogue marketing in utah, which is a call center for alot of questionable companies. We did Customer service for Bromalite/Purity 12 and probably around 15 Acai products all under different names. These companies are all owned/managed by the same people/group. These are all located in Utah even though sometimes the "corporate office" is in a different state. All of the return addresses are all to riverton, utah, even the ones that can't be returned anymore. The return addresses are a little different like the p.o. boxes are a few numbers apart for all of the different companies, even though they are "not the same company". I am not quite sure what the legal aspect of this is but that's for the laws to decide. (haha right). But anyways i would be pulling up someones account and we had access to ALOT of different companies/products, companies i've never heard of and mostly just acai/bromalite/"some fat burning product." I think it's illegal that these few select people are running all these different programs under different names/addresses/phone #'s and making money off these people that think these are legitimate companies, even though what they are doing is probably legal in the sense. But these products DO NOT WORK, i would state that they are not that healthy for you either, I have heard of a quite a few different negative side effects of these. So Bromalite/Purity 12 are the exact same product. Most of the acai products you see are under the same people and the exact same product and they are all out of Utah, mainly Riverton, which is where the return address is. There's really nothing you can do about it but make sure you READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and if your smart don't put your information on there or you'll have a fun time trying to get your money back, if you can get it back at all. So this is just a warning of advice.

This is a very general and uneducated claim. Just because you disagree with the prectices of a company doe snot make the company practices illegal. Prior to putting credit card information on a website to order a product one should always read the terms and conditions.

My company is fair and equitable. We want our consumers to be happy. I worked for a long time in research and developemnt, and it just so happens that we were very concerned that the products actually DID work. So before you say that none of these products work, please do your homework. We have actual testimonials that were mailed in without us asking for them of happy, satisfied customers who were thrilled with their results.

We are proud to offer our products to the general public. We work hard to offer a quality product. Please don't slander companies in general, some of us are legitimate.

Best,
