I simply ordered a trial version of Bromalite and Acai Berry and was to only pay shipping charges. I hadn't even received my products when all of a sudden I was getting charges for memberships etc to my account. One was listed on my account only as Pomacaicle Glendale, CA 83380, no phone number. I was given a number from the acai berry and called them. After these charges started appearing, I went back to the site to find it was temporarily not working for several days. When I finally got on the site, I found the terms and conditions under the SUBMIT button. I called ever phone number I could find to be told either I have no account or your didn't cancel within the 15 days. When I would explain that I haven't even received my trial product, I was told the 15 days starts the day of your order. I didn't think I needed to check for all these things when I was merely ordering a trial version. IF the product worked I might have ordered more. Even if this product is as they say and works, I want nothing to do with this nightmare of a company and the way they do business. I have also been told to cancel online at the Bromalite site which first said I did not have an account but when I finally reached them though the phone, I was told there would be no refund because I didn't cancel in time. I have since also contacted ColonMed700 support and ColonAid700 which did have an account for me but I have never been to their web site and did not order ColonAid700. I cancelled both of those sites. This just goes on and on and you have no idea who to call if you can even get a phone number. This company is just a BIG NIGHTMARE. I have contacted the BBB and will keep contacting whoever I can to get these people stopped.
