On Dec. 11, 2008 I accepted a free trial from Bromalite to support healthy weight loss by authorizing for the company to charge my visa for shipping and handling. With the dietary suppliment they offered me for a better success rate also to accept a free trial for AcaiBeery, again for only to pay for handling and shipping.
Bromalite charged me twice $ 69.95 once Jan 02, and once Jan 20, 2009.

I did not use any of the product and called them on Jan 26, 2009 for them to give me credit on my visa account. I was told they cannnot accept the item back, even though it is still sealed and not opened. I was told they only can give me one refund, which has yet to take place.

The number I was told to call was: 1- 866- 897- 2663
I spoke to a person by name of Allyse and she gave me confirmation number 06014. She also told me that AcaiBerry is a separate company gave me this number
to call. 1- 866- 938- 4832. I spoke to a Andrew who said I can return the product, although I did use some of it, he said it was okay to return but they have to charge me 30 % administration moneys.

I think both company's have deceived me in believing they were giving me a product to try and only to pay for shipping and handling and if I was to like the product, that I was free to order. They immediately shipped the product without my consent. I was also charge $ 29.95 on Jan. 02, 2008 without any explanation what that
was for.

Both Bromalite and AcaiBerry are deceiving the customer and I feel I definitately have been ripped off. I am yet to receive credit on my Visa account. The interesting story is that my Visa- Bank of America phoned me the first week in January as they were doing spot checks on my charges and asked me if I had authorized the shipping amount of $ 4.95 and 5.95 by these companie and I said yes. However, they did not mention to me that any other charges had occured on the same account.
