Complaint Review: Bromalite And Fit-factory Companies

Bromalite and Fit-fac or 2 separate companies working togeather to get your money. They lure you in on their website with a 15 day free trial of their Bromalite product and before you can barely received the product by mail and a 15 day trial of the product, you are immediately billed $69.95 for a 30 day supply and you havent had the 15 day trial to determine if you want to start the monthly Autoship by NOT cancelling. The 15 day starts the day you order NOT when you receive it. That is unfair and deceptive practice and perhaps fraudulent. Then be careful that you dont get billed again, another $69.95 like I was within 16 days. Read the fine print at the bottom of their website, thats where they say they disclosed to you their plan. Clever HuH?

I then realized fit-Fac (Who?) was decucting $19.95 mo automatically and that they were working cleverly with Bromalite to gett business. Business for what? I have never received any correspondence or product or information of anykind from this company called Fit-Fac. I did check the website out but you need a passcode to access. I did not see anything on the website appealing or useful for me. I did return the last Bromalite shipment and did receive a refund and cancellation after threatening to report to FTC.

However after pondering over the situation I immediately filed a former complaint to the FTC as of this date 5 January 2009 on both companies unfair trade practices. The product Bromalite is very costly and has not been very effective for me and I would not recommend it or their companies trade practices. All I can say is BEWARE.
