Bromalite Product caused weight gain; unable to cancel; would not return calls, lines busy constantly. Riverton Utah
First complaint was that I gained 6 lbs. the first week.
The internet order form disappeared after giving information. Not a problem since this seemed to be a "free" 30 day trial; only pay $4.95 freight.
When I received my credit card statement it showed the $4.95 freight bill, followed by $69.95 fifteen days later. I assumed they had billed for a subsequent shipment, so called my credit card company. It seems that if I didn't call in 14 days to cancel that I would be billed for the "free" trial.
Also, I was billed $19.95 from FitFactory to track my weight loss.
I called Bromalite and left two messages for them to return my call per their voicemail. No return calls. Later I tried many times to call, but because of busy signals or voicemail technical trouble I was unsuccessful.
When I used their email
address "bromalite@verifyyourorder.com", I was shown an icon to cancel, but when I gave them my information, it showed no order.
Now I am filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, as well as with my credit card company.
I do not expect to get a refund, but yesterday I received another bottle.
