Complaint Review: Brook Dale

How come the service in the dining room is about as smooth as it should be for ONE DAY ONLY; then the next day its back to the amateur hour like before, Y IS THAT.

Why is it that there must be a head count before the head cook can turn on the grill  to warm it up then start to cook the food, this is so unreal as many cant wait until.

Service in this dining room usually can take at least an hour and at times go for 2.5 hours but the usuall amount of time is 1:15, so why is that the way ~ AHEE.

Faviortesm and CROOKDALE go hand in hand when it comes to the mail which should be made availble to everyone and not LOCKED AWAY UNTIL TOMMROW.

The employees are not wanting to help us, its their PHONES that take PRIORITY, Many Times WE are IN need & they cant be BOTHERED stating thats not my JOB.

Cameras are defently needed around there with all the staff gathering around each other like high school students showing off whats on their phones and so on & on &.

They go show whatever is on their phones at anytime and the service has to wait until they have the availble time to do their jobs, leaving many fuerious with them.

There can be something said for this maintenance man who likes to put things off and by doing so, he makes himself look really responsible to the residances.

To ocupie his time Mr. "Fix-it" will re-shammpoo something again and again while not doing an area that someone spits up on just to make himself look good to the others.

I also later find out my TV goes out because the housekeepers would spray onto the TV directly so then I have to be replace it, everyone is here only FOR THE MONEY.     

Now with some new head nurse here we find out that this other person was not totally onsists with us throwing away items; then stating a doctors order is needed.

Also when the doctors order came she would hide as punishiment to anyone who would cross her, {J.S.} then we would find out later after she left, is she is very cold or what.

When maintenance is to be done somehow its deligated to someone else to do it and does not get done for some months (4) and we wait untill?  ~HUMM.

Even the phoney express would be a month quicker - like if everyone in there can wait until hell freezes over before something is done and not that good as well.

We are told to put in a REQUEST for it to done but he just stands there and he says he is TESTING us to see how WORTHEY we are to everyone around US.

Drivers dont last because they are asked to be in Fontana then in Chino Hills in just 20 minutes, they are NOT GIVEN enough info on were to go with the 1 bus.

People are served GLASSES WITH CRACKS and BREAKES in them that are not hard to see even for someone with trouble seeing IT also is EASY to FEEL as well.

Now I know how blacks feel at being ignored unless we speak up when the waitruses go down the line of tables then devert around ours like we are invisible.

There are some select people there who are really NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL with their nasty attitudes and VERY SHITTY personnallitys, how did they get hired.

I like how when you call them to do something it just is not really that important no matter what it is and that is what is considered normal around here.

If there is a real mess on the floor then SO WHAT ~ LIVE WITH IT as they just dont give a DAMM and smokers are hacking away, with no one FLINCHING ever.

Some care givers give a whole new meaning to theaft as some if not all have a master key so they can brouse any room for what ever they want; and thats the life in there.

I find out after I had moved on that I was missing much more then I thought before so now I know why they can supply the other residances with whatever they want.

Many residances get FREE ITEMS because it just disipears with no possible explnation of what happened, the company should really be called CROOKDALE or CROCKDALE.

The stories coming out of these places are ALL TRUE & DOWN RIGHT CRIMINAL AS WELL & the care-givers dont want U to EVER lock your door; it prevents them entry.

There was a lull between jenifer and johann & a med tech shows me that a DOCTORS ORDER Already came but Jennifer wanted to hide it and just let me suffer.
