Brookfield Lending Services John Mckay Kevin Brock promised loan for $50000 paid $1000 to secure loan but never recieved any money cannot get in contact with them Ripoff Brentwood Tennessee
I was contacted by John McKay from Brookfield lending about a loan. He told me that he could get me a $50000 loan at 7% for 15 years at $400 per month. He said I needed to pay $2000 to secure the loan but I told him I could only come up with a $1000 he said he could get it done for that and add the other $1000 onto the end of the loan. He sent me a copy of the agreement and I sent the $1000 by money gram to the address he gave me.The money was supposed to be in my account in 24 hours but it was not there I called a couple of times but could not get a hold of him. I got a hold of Kevin Brock he said that the lender reasset my credit and I needed the other $1000 before the money would be released. He gave me an extension untill Monday JUNE 25 2007 but I have not been able to contact anyone since. I left several messages and pages but no one has yet contacted me all week. I am out $1000 and behind on my bills because I counted on this to pay off some of them. I would like to get my money back and make them pay for all the aggravation and all of the bills that I am behind on. Please contact me with any sollutions to this problem.
