impossible to reach a human when you call Career Educations office. many extentions put you in a loop after doing as as per their instructions. for a company this large i expect to reach an operator that can direct you to the proper extention/persons. Cannot get a response to a demand letter from the legal dept. When enrolling in Brooks Instutite we were mislead where the actual campus would be, having accrediation, and at every turn we were lied to on numerous issues. They paid Christine Linn to take over the school who then immediately closed the school leaving the students stranded as it was less than a week before the new semester was to commence. All Schools enrollment was closed by this time so it was madness trying to find a school. Many new domestic and foreign students had already arrived for school to find thre was none. Students had signed leases and bought cars. Many exhisting students signed to extend their leases and were held accountable and were unable to leave to prusue their education. The Brooks Instutute Ventura Campus was in the middle of nowhere with out a lunch room for the students while the Career Education head quarter build a new state of the art lunchroom for their emplouyees. Basically Brooks Instutite was hung out on a limb with no support, no upkeep, and not the equiptment avaliable they said they would provide. I do not know how this company gets away with this behaivor.
