On December 10th I order six items as Christmas gifts from Brookstone because they guaranteed delivery by a certain date. I received an email telling me that everything was in stock and another email telling me that everything had been shipped. I even called to confirm this as I need these items earlier than Christmas.

Well, today when I received the pacakge, two items were missing. When I called, I was told that they would ship out one of the missing items, but the most important item I need was cancelled. When I asked why they cancelled the order they told me that they ran out. They NEVER emailed me to tell me. They never let me know when I called. Here I am thinking I am done with my shopping and now I'm stuck without a gift for someone because Brookstone's customer service sucks. I can't even order one from another place because I would have to pay a lot of money for over night shipping in order to receive it on time. Brookstone sucks and I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
